示范区处位于保定万博商圈之内。售楼处总面积为2000平方米，分为几个区域：一楼是带有接待台的大堂、休息区、儿童游乐区和展台，周边设有两间接待室、一间影音室、三个卫生间、水吧台及沙盘区；二层设有工法展示区及样板间展示区。

The demonstration area is located within the Baoding Wanbo commercial district. The total area of the sales office is 2000 square meters, divided into several areas: the first floor is a lobby with a reception desk, a rest area, a children's playground area, and a booth. There are two reception rooms, one audio-visual room, three bathrooms, a water bar, and a sand table area around it; There is a construction method display area and a model room display area on the second floor.

在整体的设计感觉上更简约, 清新,自然，注重功能设计上的实用性，简洁而巧妙。符合年轻人对生活的品味要求。
